Those of you who volunteered your time, I have specific tasks that need to be completed to help improve PEAR.

First, is there someone/team who is willing to write a script that can determine both the percentage of undocumented packages in PEAR, and provide the ability to generate a list and/or send out reminder emails once per month to the package developers? This could be very useful for QA, and will address the single biggest Achilles heel of PEAR

Second, is there someone/team who is willing to write a simple DocBook "this is valid for peardoc" script in PHP that depends on:

- PHP 5 - simplexml or xmlreader or DOM

or some other simple implementation that does not require OpenJade or the other junk we currently need.

The first job is a short-term easy-to-do task. The second job is recommended for experienced developers only, as it is a huge job. I recommend borrowing ideas from livedocs - or porting a simpler version for our purposes.

These two tasks will make writing documentation easier, and make *not* writing documentation harder - both good things, and both needed.

D'abord, y a-t-il quelqu'un ou une équipe qui est disposée à écrire un script qui peut déterminer tous le pourcentage des paquets non documentés dans PEAR, et est capable de produire une liste et/ou d'envoyer des email de rappel une fois par mois aux gestionnaires de package ?

Ca pourrait-être très utilie pour la QA et s'attaquera au plus grand talon d'Achilles de PEAR
